
Yoga therapy is a progressive (yet ancient) and integrative approach to healthcare and spirituality. It aims to help alleviate pain, discomfort, stress and anxiety through breathing techniques, meditation practices, and adaptive movement, as well as supplying tools and guidance to support spiritual development.
It encourages restfulness, stability, strength, composure, mental clarity and intuitive perception through a variety of approaches and techniques. It's designed to empower souls who wish to be involved in their own physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Within a yoga therapy session, you will receive a thorough consultation so we may be able to understand your goals and create a customized plan for your specific constitution. You may then be shown a variety of techniques such as, asana (yoga postures), pranayama (life-force control through breathing exercises), visualizations, meditations, etc. After your session you will receive a customized self-care plan to take home with you.

1 hour Yoga Therapy session (including a 15-30-minute consultation) - $100

3, 1 hour Yoga Therapy sessions (including a 15-30-minute consultation) - $280
