  • Outdoor Ritual Baths - immerse yourself in Love while purifying your sacred vessel with water infused with herbs, flower petals, activated oils and Reiki.

    

  • Nature Mandala Creation - honor the Earth and activate your prayers with items found in nature.

    

  • Energy Vortex - elevate through circling, sacred dance, and song with the assistance of drums, sticks, and rattles.

    

  • Holy Oil Anointing - Bless your chakras with an intentionally created activated oil blend.

    

  • Bonfire Alchemy - burn away limiting beliefs while opening up to a fuller sense of spaciousness and freedom.

  • Womb/Sacral Chakra Yoga - relish in asanas, breath-work and meditations to release, open, and awaken the Goddess within.

    

  • Body Prayers - use the devotional technology of the body for purification, clarity, and to embody the Light.

    

  • Yoga Nidra & Singing Bowls - be guided through a restorative meditation while lying on the earth for grounding integration followed by singing crystal bowls.

  • Forest Trails & Hershey Creek - Submerge yourself in nature through self-guided hikes far away from city life.

    

  • Chartres Labyrinth - designed mathematically and theologically to enhance your experience with divine presence.

    

  • Medicine Wheel - this shape made of stones is a universal symbol used to reveal guidance in your life. The four sections represent the four directions, the Earth’s four seasons, and our own seasons of birth, life, death and rebirth.

    

  • Cosmic Walk - a spiral stone path for cosmic understanding and mental expansion.

    

  • The Wailing Wall - a wall of stones to leave grief and loss behind through leaving a slip of paper with writing on what you'd wish to shed. Throw a stone to add to the wall for cathartic relief.

    

  • Nature Meditation - Sink into contemplative presence and commune with nature or read from the Little Library.

    

    

• Nourishing Meals

  • Breakfasts: Enjoy hearty oatmeal, cereals with fresh fruit, toast and spreads.

  • Lunch: Please bring your own foods for lunch.

  • Dinners: Enjoy two catered vegetarian Mediterranean dinners. Each meal will be different.

  • If you cancel 30+ days before the retreat - you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel 14–30 days before of the retreat - you will receive a 50% refund.
