Meditative Hatha Yoga is a 75-minute slow-paced class designed to gently guide you through a movement meditation. This class is great for beginners or for experienced yogis looking to dive deeper into their dhyana (meditation) practice.
Each class is infused with restful yet supportive asanas, pranayama (life-force control) techniques, meditative guidance and inspirational affirmations to calm the nervous system and attune you with the sacred being that you are.
After a Meditative Hatha class, you can expect to experience tension and stress relief, mental clarity and an uplifted spirit.
The price is $15.00 for each class. You can register for the classes on this webpage and then make your payment in person (preferably with cash).
