Autumn Equinox Ecstatic Dance Ceremony

Join us as we celebrate the return of autumn with an ecstatic dance ceremony!

We will intentional move through this sacred threshold with a Cacao ceremony to bring us into our bodies and open our hearts. Next, we will be taken on a musical journey, weaving in our intentions/prayers through conscious movement and dance! Warming yourself with the organic vinyl tunes from DJ Jah Sunny. We will close the event with a yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) session and crystal bowls to unwind. Followed by a sharing circle, closing prayer and refreshments.

  • If you feel called - please bring an item to offer to our altar in honor of the sacred harvest.

What to expect?

An alcohol, and judgment free sacred space for souls to feel comfortable, safe and free to be your authentic self. You are encouraged to tune in with your heart, listen to your body, flow with your own unique rhythm, allow your inner light to shine through and let the music move you!

Releasing and healing through singing, primal sounds, and breathing practices during the dancing period is encouraged. Your body may be asking you to be still and meditate, to do a forward fold against the wall, move into a full yoga flow, dance like an ecstatic wild animal to a graceful ballerina, or you may instead become a curious observer and take it all in.

Experience unique music from a variety of cultured genres around the world: Reggae, Soul, Funk, Ambient, Jazz, Classical, Avant-garde, Up tempo, Down tempo, Drum & Bass, and much more.

*Harvest themed dress/costumes are encouraged!

Energy Exchange:

$30-$50 sliding scale. Please register through this website. If you'd like to pay with cash - still register and bring the cash upon arrival.

Doors close with no late entry after 6:30 pm.
